Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Mentorship India
Introduction
By enrolling in UPSC Personalized Mentorship Program, you agree to the following terms, which are integral to your participation in the program:
Non-Negotiable Financial Commitment
- 1.1 The financial structure of the program, including the EMI plan, is non-negotiable and must be adhered to in full. Failure to comply with the EMI schedule will result in immediate actions as per the terms set by our finance partners, Bajaj Finance and Moneyview.
- 1.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that all required financial documents are submitted promptly and accurately to avoid any delays or complications in the EMI processing.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- 2.1 While we are confident in the value of the program, we recognize that circumstances may change. Therefore, a 7-day refund policy is in place from the date of enrollment. However, it is important to note that refunds are strictly contingent on service-related issues. Any decision to cancel or withdraw from the program for personal reasons will not qualify for a refund. The registration fee will be refunded within 3 days after cancellation.
- 2.2 In the event of a cancellation, the full foreclosure of the finance (loan) will become your sole responsibility. This is applicable irrespective of the reasons for withdrawal unless directly related to a demonstrable defect in service or preparation, as outlined in the program's comprehensive service agreement.
- 2.3 The refund policy is intricately linked to the fulfillment of all program conditions. Deviations from these conditions, except under special circumstances, will void the refund eligibility.
Program Engagement and Compliance
- 3.1 Active participation in all program activities, including but not limited to tests, mentoring sessions, and strategic meetings, is mandatory. Non-participation or failure to engage with the program's core components may result in the forfeiture of certain program benefits without recourse.
- 3.2 The program's dynamic nature requires your full cooperation and adherence to the mentorship schedule and guidelines. Any deviation from the prescribed path may hinder your progress and will be addressed in consultation with your personal mentor and strategic supervisor.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- 4.1 All personal and academic information provided will be securely stored and used exclusively for this program. Mentorship India UPSC is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
- 4.2 Any sharing of your information with third parties, including our financial partners, will be conducted with your consent and solely to facilitate your participation in the program.
Amendments and Modifications
- 5.1 Mentorship India UPSC reserves the right to amend or modify the program structure, content, and policies at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued participation in the program will signify your acceptance of these amendments.
Once we have received and reviewed your documents, you will be contacted by our team to confirm the details and initiate your first strategic session. This session will outline the customized approach we will take to ensure your success in the UPSC examination.
