Sr. Academic Counselor Full time, WFO, Noida

As a Sr. Academic Counselor, you will:

• Guide students on the UPSC exam and its nitty-gritties.
• Make students understand our partners’ courses and their details.
• Pitch our UPSC products to potential clients/students on voice and video calls.
• Take ownership of the course/product allocated and drive the business numbers.
• Help students in making better career decisions.
• Be extremely driven about conversions from potential to actual clients.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UPSC preparation.
• Have appeared for the mains (at least once) or have experience of working or counseling/mentoring in the UPSC coaching center market.
• A solid grasp of the UPSC exam and everything related to the civil services.
• Strong knowledge of UPSC CSE- functions, criteria, selection ratio, etc.
• Fluent (written & oral) in Hindi and English.
